Shadow’s Second Chance Foundation emerged out of a pursuit to inspire, educate and support our community, and a strong desire for our actions to speak louder than our words. We strive to make a positive change in not only our community, but in the eyes of the voiceless. Above all, passion is at the heart and soul of what we do.

We aim to make a lasting impact in our local Pearland community, and beyond, by striving to be a catalyst for positive change. We are driven and dedicated to promoting and providing both resources and education; teaching people the value of treating animals with kindness and respect.​
FOSTERING
Fostering dogs is a huge part of what we do here at Shadow's Second Chance. Whether we save dogs from the euthanasia list at local shelters or provide temporary relief to other rescues in our area, we hope to provide those resources and the education that rescues and potential owners will need for the future.

Second chance scholarship program
We're proud to announce that we have established our "Second Chance" Scholarship Program. This Scholarship Program allows members of the community, just like yourself, to sponsor those dogs in our community who might need a little extra help. Your donation helps pay for:
- Training Packages
- Wellness Visits at the Veterinarian
- Vaccines
- Medications Prescribed by Veterinarian
- Spays/Neuters
- Others Surgeries/Procedures as Directed by Veterinarian
- Home Repairs to Maintain Safety of Pets and Families
- Any Other Funds to Help Keep Dogs in Their Homes!

Pearland Canine Resource center
Pearland Canine Resource Center (PCRC) is a non-profit full-service clinic with the purpose of providing low-cost wellness to keep your four-legged family member healthy and happy. The overwhelming cost of veterinary care is a leading driver in rehoming, surrendering, dumping, or euthanizing pets.
Their goal is to alleviate the financial burden of veterinary care so that you can focus on what matters, time with your family, both human and four-legged! Following the One Health Concept, they believe that improving the health and welfare of companion animals will improve overall community health.
All proceeds from services go toward upkeep of the property, clinical staff, expanding low-cost services and helping rescue dogs in the Houston area. All managers and directors are volunteers.
